While we make our best efforts to keep our treatment team’s pages updated, please know staffing at each facility is subject to change. We Level Up team members may include executive or senior management or others who while not located in a particular local center, help shape, manage or oversee, or design treatment strategies, best practices, procedures, processes, and other clinical treatment programs. Training, management reviews, quality control, or related and other work may be provided by staff across multiple locations.

Billie-Jo Stuto
Executive Clinical Director

BJ received her master's degree in social work from Rutgers University in 1999 and has been dedicated to helping people on all levels in all life areas.  She is an expert in the area of trauma and addiction and has a long-standing history of providing compassionate care.  BJ has been trained in multiple evidence-based treatments including EMDR, DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Psych-Dynamic approaches.  In addition to her solid clinical work with clients, she is also an exceptional leader to the organization.  She creates inclusive cultures where all departments can collaborate in servitude of our clients.  Her mission aligns with We Level Up to provide a raving fan experience and anticipate, meet, and exceed our clients' needs.

Angela Puma
Clinical Director, LCSW, LCADC, CCS

Angela Puma, LCSW, LCADC, CCS received her Bachelors in Social Work from Seton Hall University in 2009 and her Masters in Social Work from Rutgers University in 2014. Angela’s early years of experience taught her resilience, adaptability, and the importance of active listening. Angela’s firsthand encounters have shaped beliefs that addiction and mental health treatment are about connection, trust, dignity and embracing personal autonomy.

Over the years, Angela has transitioned from direct client care to leadership roles; recognizing that her greatest impact could come from guiding teams and fostering a positive learning environment for professionals. Angela leads through mentorship, aiming to educate and empower the next generation of up-and-coming professionals to challenge themselves, set goals, and carve their own career paths. Angela’s leadership philosophy is rooted in empathy and collaboration. Angela believes leadership presence is not about being the loudest voice in the room but creating a space where others can rise. Angela views clinical supervision as an opportunity to foster growth, accountability, and reflective practices.

Angela has always believed that social work is more than just a profession-it is a calling to serve, lead, and inspire change. Angela’s career experience is rooted with the application and ethical considerations of systems theory and how it integrates with other theoretical approaches for holistic client care. Angela aims to help to promote long-term sobriety, emotional stability, and overall mental wellness of both the individual and their loved ones.

Today, Angela continues to lead with the same passion that first drew her to field—driven by the belief that every individual deserves the highest standard of care in their recovery journey and every clinician deserves the tools and support to deliver it.

Charles Wolfe
Director of Substance Use Disorder Counseling Services

Charlie was called to the helping profession in 2001. Charlie brings over 15 years of behavioral health leadership experience. Charlie has held various treatment positions over the course of his career ranging from behavioral tech, clinician, clinical supervisor, and other executive management positions. Charlie has worked for nonprofit and for-profit organizations. Charlie prides himself on being a servant leader and teaching, coaching and training teams to be person centered and successful in the execution of their evidence-based practice.

Prior to joining We Level Up he worked for 2 nonprofit community-based providers. Charlie assisted multiple venture capital and private equity groups for Behavioral Health start-up projects. One project was a 120-bed residential facility in Philadelphia and the other an ambulatory based organization serving multiple outpatient levels of care. Charlie earned his Bachelor and Master Degree in Behavioral Health Studies from Alvernia University. While at Alvernia Charlie earned the Caron Award of Excellence. Charlie holds the international certification for Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor; he holds the same certification in Pennsylvania. Charlie's hope for all the clients and their families entrusted in our care is to achieve long recovery and live fruitful lives.

Anthony Agosto
LEAD COUNSELOR, CADC

Anthony is a compassionate and experienced addiction and mental-health counselor dedicated to helping individuals and families heal and rebuild their lives. He began his journey with We Level Up as a Recovery Coach, and through hard work, empathy, and leadership, advanced through multiple roles—from Case Manager and Counselor Intern to a dual role as Lead Counselor/Case Manager, and ultimately to his current position as Lead Counselor and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC).

In his role as Lead Counselor, Anthony provides individual and group counseling using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). He specializes in relapse prevention, emotional regulation, family dynamics, and trauma-informed care. Fluent in Spanish, Anthony ensures that every client—regardless of language or background—receives compassionate and culturally responsive treatment.

Anthony collaborates closely with medical, nursing, and case-management teams to create individualized treatment plans that support recovery at every level of care. His combination of lived experience, clinical expertise, and genuine empathy allows him to connect deeply with clients, offering guidance that is both evidence-based and heartfelt.

Currently pursuing his degree in Social Work at Walden University, Anthony continues to expand his clinical knowledge and leadership skills. Outside of work, he values quality time with his family, enjoys long drives, reading, exercising, and exploring fine dining experiences.

Evelyn Rosa
Director Of Nursing

Evelyn Rosa, PMHNP, R.N., is a transformational leader with more than 20 years of nursing and healthcare experience. She drives a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Evelyn is the Director of Nursing for the New Jersey We Level Up Treatment facility. In this role, she provides leadership and direction for the nursing staff and is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling all functions of nursing, care coordination, volunteer services, pharmacy, facilities, and support services, as well as overseeing emergency medicine.

She is a highly accomplished nursing leader with vast experience in quality management, service excellence, patient throughput, staff recruitment and retention, and regulatory affairs.

Evelyn has been a nurse since 2014 as an ICU and correctional nurse. Over the next 10 years, she held various positions increasing the breadth of her responsibilities. She was responsible for optimizing clinical quality, safety and service standards in one of the largest hospital emergency centers in Philadelphia, PA .

Evelyn Rosa received a Bachelor of Science in nursing, graduating cum laude from Capella University. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing at Walden University. She is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner credentialed through the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Jaclyn Torres
Case Manager & CADC Intern

Jaclyn Torres is a dedicated Case Manager and CADC Intern with extensive experience in the substance use disorder treatment field, having previously served as both a Behavioral Technician and Case Manager. With a deep passion for supporting individuals in recovery, Jaclyn is committed to helping clients develop the necessary skills and resources to achieve long-term sobriety and personal growth. Beyond her professional endeavors, Jaclyn values quality time with her wife and family. She has a strong appreciation for sports, particularly softball, and shares a deep bond with her two Pitbulls, whom she considers an integral part of her life. A graduate of Archbishop Ryan High School, Jaclyn currently resides in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Shirelle Jenkins
MS, LAC, Primary Therapist

Shirelle S. Jenkins, MS, LAC, is a Licensed Associate Counselor with a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Stockton University. She brings over 15 years of clinical experience working with diverse populations across various levels of care, including partial hospitalization programs (PHP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP), residential group homes, and traditional outpatient settings.,/p>

Ms. Jenkins has extensive experience providing individual and group counseling to adolescents and adults with a wide range of psychiatric and behavioral challenges. Her work with high-risk youth has included individuals presenting with suicidal and homicidal ideation, fire-setting behaviors, and complex diagnoses such as borderline personality disorder, depression, and anxiety.

In addition, she has worked with adults facing co-occurring disorders, including substance use and severe and persistent mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, and other mood and personality disorders. Her integrative and trauma-informed approach allows her to effectively meet the needs of diverse and clinically complex populations.

Joshshea (Shea) Bonds
Primary Therapist, MAMFT, LAMFT

EMDRIA Approved Therapist

Joshshea (Shea) Bonds is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with over eight years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families in navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relational challenges. She is dedicated to providing client-centered, evidence-based care tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals.

Shea integrates a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Family Systems Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She also emphasizes the mind-body connection in her practice, incorporating guided imagery techniques to promote stress reduction and emotional regulation.

Committed to fostering resilience and personal growth, Shea collaborates with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their therapeutic objectives. She is passionate about empowering individuals to cultivate meaningful change and lead more fulfilling lives.

Shea earned her undergraduate degree from New Jersey City University (NJCU) and her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University (NCU). She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the mental health field to further her expertise and contributions to the profession.

Sherine Yordy
Case Manager

Sherine has dedicated over five years to the recovery field, committing herself to serving individuals facing substance use challenges. Her career commenced in sober living, following roles as a Behavioral Health Technician and subsequently a BHT supervisor.

Sherine possesses a profound passion for guiding individuals in their pursuit of hope and a more fulfilling life. Her dedication to those she serves is unwavering.

In her leisure time, she embraces the role of grandmother to five energetic grandsons and is also a devoted pet owner to her cherished pit bull.

Gracie Krall
LSW, EMDR Trained Therapist

Gracie is a licensed therapist who is passionate about helping people heal from trauma and addiction and reconnect with themselves. She has worked across all levels of care including inpatient, detox, PHP, IOP, and outpatient, supporting clients with mental health, substance use, and behavioral challenges.

Trained in EMDR, Gracie integrates this approach to help clients process trauma and support nervous system healing. She also draws from DBT and other evidence-based practices to build emotion regulation, self-compassion, and healthy connection.

At the heart of Gracie’s work is her belief that healing happens in connection, when we feel safe, seen, and accepted as we are. She values authenticity and shows up as her full, human self in the therapy space, warm, present, and real. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and animals.

Jessica Fletcher
Case Manager & CADC Intern

Jessica is an enthusiastic Case Manager and CADC intern from Bucks County, PA, with a passion for supporting others on their recovery journeys.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Graphic Design from Temple University. In 2013, she pursued further education in Clinical Medical Assisting, where she discovered her true calling in helping others.

With personal experience in recovery and active involvement in her community and area fellowship, Jessica was inspired to make a meaningful impact.

She joined We Level Up as a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) and transitioned to Case Management in 2024. Jessica brings a unique blend of empathy and insight to her work, facilitating group sessions on topics including the 12-step program, creative expression, music therapy, and meditation.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys exploring Tyler State Park, spending time at the Jersey Shore, and cheering on her favorite teams at Yankees and Eagles games.

Vinessa Bouvia
Case Manager

Vinessa is a dedicated Case Manager at We Level Up, where she supports clients through individualized treatment planning, compassionate advocacy, and holistic recovery strategies. With a background as a Certified Spiritual Life Coach, Vinessa integrates evidence-based practices with mindfulness, emotional awareness, and spiritual growth to help clients heal from the inside out. Her approach emphasizes empowerment, self-discovery, and rebuilding life with purpose and authenticity.
