- Provider- meets within 24 hours, twice weekly, or if the client requests.
- Recovery Coach – meets every 3-5 days.
- Recreation Specialist- meets within 72 hours upon admission for orientation and 72 hours before discharge.
- Case Management- Meets within 72 hours of admission, twice weekly, or as requested.
- Therapist- Meets within 48 hours of admission, then once a week for a session.
- Emotional de-escalation, Trauma-focused groups, Anger management, DBT, CBT.
- WRAP- Wellness program, Guided Mediation, Family Dynamics, Impulse Control.
- Leadership group, Personal Development.
- Interpersonal Skills- Interactive group focusing on psychoeducational material given throughout the week.

Inpatient Treatment at the Highest Level of Care
Many therapy programs motivate, educate, and build a bridge toward long-term recovery. Therapy teaches coping skills and exercises through relapse prevention. Powerful one-on-one plus peer therapy groups engage patients to stay on track. Patient care continues post-treatment through alumni services (on us) and family support throughout the inpatient rehabilitation process. Patients are eligible for continued alumni, personal development events, and virtual meetings with We Level Up recovery advocates post-treatment (on us). Limited availability for live events. Our clinical programs are offered 7 days a week and at minimum 5 hours a day of varied clinical services based on specific client needs.
Meditation Therapy 6 Times A Week
Meditation therapy is a method of relaxation and consciousness expansion by focusing on a mantra or a keyword, sound, or image while eliminating outside stimuli from one’s awareness.
Family Dynamics Once A Week
Family therapy is a branch of psychology that works with families and couples in intimate relationships to nurture change and development. It tends to view change in terms of the systems of interaction between family members.
Psychoeducation Therapy 4 Times A Week
Psychoeducation is an evidence-based therapeutic intervention for patients and their loved ones that provide information and support to better understand and cope with illness.
Education on Coping Skills, Self-Esteem, Understanding Mental Illness
Trauma-Informed Group Therapy Once A Week
Trauma-informed therapy is not about a specific intervention but rather tailoring interventions in the context of the individual’s trauma history, triggers, and specific needs. It is a lens through which the therapist views their clients, taking into account the impact of trauma on emotions, regulation, and behavior.
Anger Management Twice A Week
Anger management is a psycho-therapeutic program for anger prevention and control. It has been described as deploying anger successfully. Anger is frequently a result of frustration or of feeling blocked or thwarted from something the subject feels is important.
DBT Therapy Once A Week
Dialectical behavior therapy is an evidence-based psychotherapy that began with efforts to treat personality disorders and interpersonal conflicts. There is evidence that DBT can be useful in treating mood disorders, suicidal ideation, and change in behavioral patterns such as self-harm and substance use.
