We Level Up Treatment Centers is excited to announce that we may now accept payments in cryptocurrency. To ensure a smooth and compliant process, the following preliminary rules and guidelines have been established for cryptocurrency payments:

1. Accepted Cryptocurrencies:
   a. Currently, we accept Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Litecoin (LTC) and other forms of cryptocurrency payments.
   b. Cryptocurrency payments in other digital currencies may be considered case-by-case with prior arrangement and approval.
2. Payment Amount and Conversion:
   a. Payments must be made in the agreed-upon cryptocurrency amount based on the total invoice amount in US dollars (USD) at the time of payment.
   b. The cryptocurrency payment will be converted to USD using the exchange rate provided by a reputable third-party cryptocurrency exchange at the time of payment. Any applicable fees or conversion costs will be borne by the payer.
3. Payment Confirmation:
   a. A payment confirmation email will be sent to the payer upon successful receipt of the cryptocurrency payment.
   b. It is the payer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the payment details and transaction information provided.
4. Payment Security:
   a. We Level Up Treatment Centers takes the security of cryptocurrency payments seriously. All necessary precautions and industry-standard security measures are taken to protect payment transactions.
   b. Payers must ensure the confidentiality and security of their cryptocurrency wallets and payment details. We recommend using updated security practices, including two-factor authentication, to protect digital assets.
5. Refunds and Cancellations:
   a. Refunds for cryptocurrency payments will be processed in USD based on the original invoice amount in USD at the time of payment. The equivalent amount of cryptocurrency will be refunded based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the refund.
   b. Any fluctuations in the cryptocurrency value between the payment and refund dates will not be accounted for, and any resulting gains or losses will be borne by the payer.
6. Legal and Regulatory Compliance:
   a. Cryptocurrency payments will be processed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
   b. Payers are responsible for ensuring that the cryptocurrency payments made comply with their local laws and regulations.
7. We may not be able to accept all Cryptocurrency payments in each instance. Prior approval is required.

Please note that while we strive to ensure a seamless payment process, cryptocurrency transactions are subject to network congestion and confirmation times, which can vary based on the specific blockchain network used. We recommend allowing sufficient time for the transaction to be confirmed to avoid any delays.
