Dionne is a dedicated and accomplished nursing professional with nearly two decades of experience in addiction treatment, correctional healthcare, long-term care, rehabilitation, obstetrics and mother-baby care. Since beginning a nursing career in 2005, Dionne has remained committed to improving patient outcomes and advocating for quality care, particularly among underserved populations.

With a strong focus on addiction treatment, Dionne has worked extensively in both correctional and community healthcare settings, helping individuals struggling with substance use disorders receive the care and support they need. As a former administrator overseeing multiple correctional healthcare facilities in the largest county in Florida, Dionne played a pivotal role in developing and implementing addiction treatment programs within the correctional system, ensuring comprehensive care and rehabilitation opportunities for incarcerated individuals. Beyond the correctional setting, Dionne has continued this work by supporting addiction recovery efforts in clinical and community-based environments.

With extensive experience in compliance and performance improvement, Dionne has successfully led multiple regulatory and accreditation audits, demonstrating a strong ability to meet and exceed healthcare standards. Additionally, Dionne has supervised multiple medical departments beyond nursing, showcasing a well-rounded leadership approach in healthcare administration.

Jake comes from over 7 years of experience in the substance abuse field focused primarily on Operations Management. Jake ensures that our Lake Worth facility meets the highest standard of care by overseeing the overall safety of the facility and collaborating with the team to meet the needs of our population. Coming from his own journey of recovery, he finds purpose in helping others through their own experiences along with providing ongoing support, addressing concerns, and promoting long-term sobriety. He is a true representation of the core values related to emotional sobriety, improved quality of life, and sharing his experience of strength and hope for a better future.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) holding a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University as well as being a Master’s Level Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP), Jennifer brings expertise in treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

As Clinical Director, Jennifer is committed to integrating best practices in mental health and addiction treatment, mentoring staff, and enhancing program effectiveness to support long-term recovery for clients. She is dedicated to making a lasting impact in the lives of those affected by addiction and mental health challenges. Jennifer continues to develop and implement evidence-based treatment programs tailored to individuals struggling with dual diagnoses. Throughout her career, Jennifer has worked in various levels of care, including detox and residential settings providing direct clinical services and collaborating within multidisciplinary treatment teams.
