We Level Up team members may include executive or senior management or others that while not located in a particular local center, help shape, manage or oversee, or design treatment strategies, best practices, procedures, processes, and other clinical treatment programs. Training, management reviews, quality control or related and other work may be provided by staff across multiple locations.
Dr. Albert Castellon MD, Medical Director Dr. Castellon earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology at The University of Miami. After, he studied Escuela Autonoma de Ciencias Medicas in Costa Rica where he received his Doctorate in Medicine. He then returned to the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital, where he completed his Residency in Psychiatry. Dr. Castellon was employed as an attending physician at Memorial Regional Hospital, Broward Health Medical Center, and Broward Health Imperial Point as well as overseeing a successful outpatient practice. Dr. Castellon specialized in emergency psychiatry, psychiatric consultation-liaison, inpatient psychiatry, and addiction medicine. He was the Chairman of the Department of Psychiatry at Broward Health Medical Center from 2008 – 2014. Dr. Castellon is an active member of the American Psychiatric Association, American Medical Association, American Association of Psychiatric Medicine, Association for Convulsive Therapy, and American Society of Addiction Medicine. Jake Powers Director of operations Jake comes from over 7 years of experience in the substance abuse field focused primarily on Operations Management. Jake ensures that our treatment facility meets the highest standard of care by overseeing the overall safety of the clinic while collaborating with the team to meet the needs of our population. Coming from his own journey of recovery, he finds purpose in helping others through their own experiences along with providing ongoing support, addressing concerns, and promoting long-term sobriety. He is a true representation of the core values related to emotional sobriety, improved quality of life, and sharing his experience of strength and hope for a better future. Kathryn Delguidice Executive Director Of Florida Kathryn a highly experienced and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 17 years of expertise in the industry. Kathryn is committed to providing exceptional care and guidance to our clients. One of Kathryn’s key focuses is regulatory body compliance. With an in-depth understanding of industry regulations and standards, She ensures that our organization operates in full compliance with all necessary guidelines. This commitment to regulatory compliance guarantees the highest level of quality and safety in our services. In addition to Kathryn's extensive experience, She holds several notable certifications. She is a Masters Certified Addictions Professional, which further enhances her ability to support individuals struggling with addiction. Kathryn is also an International Certified Addictions Counselor, bringing a global perspective to our treatment approach. Furthermore, She is a Certified Recovery Residence Administrator, specializing in creating supportive environments for individuals in recovery. Pamela Stover LCSW, Clinical Director Pamela Stover is the Clinical Director of We Level Up – Tamarac, a leading primary mental health treatment facility. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with eight years of experience, Pamela specializes in inpatient residential treatment, trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and evidence-based modalities such as DBT, CBT, and solution-focused therapy. In her role, Pamela oversees clinical staff and patient care with a holistic approach, considering cultural differences, environmental influences, economic challenges, emotional well-being, and physical health. At We Level Up – Tamarac, she is dedicated to not only identifying mental health and behavioral concerns but also equipping clients with effective coping strategies and valuable resources for lasting recovery. Pamela earned her Master’s in Social Work from St. Leo University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Florida. In her free time, she enjoys reading and cooking. |
