Drug Rehab Colonia NJ Resources Colonia is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) located within Woodbridge Township in Middlesex County, New Jersey, United States. The Garden State Parkway and Route 27 divide the unincorporated village of Colonia, which is 3.9 square miles in size. Along the southeast boundary is Route 35, home to chain restaurants and big-box retailers. On Inman Avenue, which serves as the neighborhood’s main thoroughfare, you can find ethnic eateries, banks, the fire department, and the sizable Saint Gertrude Cemetery. The Estates community, located off New Dover Road and spanning many blocks close to Colonia High School, features distinctive homes that sit on lots of at least an acre.
