Vice President of Operations
Jennifer Pauly, Vice President of Operations at We Level Up. Jennifer is an experienced Director Of Program Development and Operational Leader with a demonstrated history of working in the healthcare industry, specifically in hospitals and residential facilities. ALF Core Certified, Skilled in Nonprofit Organizations, Team Building, Public Speaking, Fundraising, Healthcare Facilities Operations, Licensing, QAPI, and Management. Strong community and social services professional with a Bachelor of Science - BS focused in Clinical Psychology from Misericordia University; MA in Counseling Psychology and actively pursuing Doctorate in Healthcare Administration and Management. Jennifer has over 25 years of experience in mental health and substance use disorder treatment from all facets; as a Program Director, Director of Operations, and Licensing and Accreditation Liaison for psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment facilities, and AHCA licensed institutions. Jennifer also serves on many non-profit boards and continues to work outreach to break the stigma of mental health and promote awareness, as well as work for a drug-free community.
General Counsel & Compliance Officer
Ms. Diana Janny is We Level Up's network general counsel attorney serving the company in business law, health law, and compliance matters. She also is the company's compliance officer. Diana is a motivated professional with exceptional writing, research, and communication skills. Her role requires but is not limited to working collaboratively with staff and external parties and regulatory agencies. She guides, directs and helps manage compliance to mitigate risk with the goal of protecting the health and safety of the employees, guests, and clients. She works closely with the senior management team and facility leaders to advise the organization on a wide range of legal and business issues, including policy management, entity management, healthcare regulation, labor & employment, and litigation. Diana manages the Legal Department and its staff and oversees the company’s legal matters. She works to help steer the organization so as to improve clients’ lives and further the Company’s mission.
Clinical Director, Lake Worth treatment center
Stacy Linn, Clinical Director of the We Level Up addiction rehab detox center at Lake Worth, Florida. Her background and passion for helping people overcome challenges in their lives make her an asset to the organization. Stacy has a long history as a clinician specializing in counseling people on substance use and mental health. Her unmatched professionalism and extensive skill set allowed her to excel when working with people from markedly different age groups. She has helped countless adolescents, adults, couples, and families conquer their addictions and build brighter futures for themselves. In her work, Stacy Linn focuses on making improvements to the quality of life of her patients. She takes the time to help people understand the meaning of family dynamics and cognitive processes in relation to their mental health. After receiving a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University, Stacy Linn proceeded to become a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Master’s Level Certified Addiction Professional, and International Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor. She has a strong reputation for helping people who have struggled with addiction achieve long-term sobriety.
Director of IT
Brian Acker is Director of IT at We Level Up. Brian Acker was born and raised in Pennsylvania and has been working in the field of addiction treatment since 2014. He currently serves as the Director of Information Technology for We Level Up treatment centers. His passion for technology and his driving force to become the best version of himself is what truly sets him aside from the rest. Brian brought with him his extensive knowledge in the IT field as well as many other business skills to the We Level Up team in 2020 as the Director of Information Technology. His favorite part about working for We Level Up, is being able to help those who are continuing to struggle with the disease of addiction and show them a new way of life.
LMFT, MCAP, Director of Quality Assurance
As Director of Clinical Services, Lauren is responsible for overseeing and directing all clinical departments, including oversight of Master’s level Primary Therapists, Case Managers, and Bachelor’s level Group Facilitators. Lauren coordinates therapeutic care, chart auditing, and ensures the safe and appropriate clinical treatment of our clients. Lauren is responsible for developing and overseeing group schedules, coordination of aftercare, and discharge planning. In addition, Lauren also conducts daily staff meetings and provides weekly supervision for clinicians to help strengthen and hone their skills. Her primary role as Clinical Director is management of her clinical team, facilitating groups, as well as holding a small caseload of clients. Holding a Master’s from Nova Southeastern, Lauren is a licensed marriage and family therapist and Master’s level CAP(Certified Addiction Professional). Having worked in the treatment field since 2014 providing individual, group and family therapy, and having been with our company since 2018, Lauren has a strong passion for helping those and the families of those suffering from addiction.
Director of Admissions
Katelynn Acker is the Director of Admissions at We Level Up. Katelynn was born and raised in New Jersey and has been working in the field of addiction treatment since 2014. She currently serves as the Director of Admissions at We Level Up Treatment Centers and is passionate about helping both the patients and their families during the most difficult times of their lives. According to Katelynn, her main goal is to ensure that each patient who is seeking help receives the compassion, love, and care that they deserve. Katelynn joined the We Level Up team in 2014 as a behavioral health technician, and with her hard work, dedication, willingness, and exceptional leadership skills she has received numerous promotions which have brought her to her current position. Katelynn currently studies Psychology at Southern New Hampshire University with a minor in Criminology and is also a Certified Addictions Counselor
Director of Financial Services
Martin Higgins, Director of Financial Services at We Level Up. Martin’s responsibilities include financial and insurance advisory for clients and their families, managing the billing department, and clarifying patient responsibilities before, during, and after treatment. With over 2 years of experience working in the substance abuse industry, Martin has worked as a Behavioral Health Technician, Alumni Coordinator, and Admissions Representative, qualifying him to understand the entire treatment process and the great difficulties a family and client can face during their journey in recovery. Martin understands the potential complexity of patient responsibility in treatment and provides comfort, support, and tools to alleviate all client financial concerns or questions that might arise during a client’s journey in recovery.

Karine O'Loughlin, Director of Call Center Operations at We Level Up. Karine is responsible for providing the link between the admissions process and our clinical team. She performs an assessment for many of our facilities on all potential admits determining if they meet our clinical criteria of care. Help in the organization of transportation and accommodations for all pending admissions. Speak with the families and loved ones of all clients and potential clients to ensure that all needs and concerns are met. Build relationships within the field to further enhance our growth and to provide all in need with the possibility of help.
