The We Level Up medical staff has over fifty years of combined experience in the substance abuse and mental health field. The director is an addiction treatment specialist, overseeing all patients at any given time. Clients benefit from having ARNPs on site, a psychiatric nurse practitioner who offers 24/7 support alongside friendly faces that are available around the clock if needed. Monthly nutritional groups allow for consultations via a dietician so patients learn what foods will best suit their recovery needs without feeling restricted or alone. Trained recovery coaches are there for patients who need help getting back on their feet. They break down groups according to beginner, advanced, and gender-specific sessions. Patient progress is monitored and treatment plans are adjusted to each patient’s personalized needs.

Inpatient Treatment at the Highest Level of Care
The We Level Up treatment center in Lake Worth, Florida is well equipped with five full-time primary therapists and one family therapist. With three case managers help guide clients through the process of recovery from substance abuse along with dual-diagnosis mental health disorders such as depression or anxiety. Very often mental health conditions come about when people start using substances.
Clients in detox level of care focus on medical stability. They meet with their nurse daily along with their doctor several times throughout each day, and at least once before bedtime for a progress evaluation of how well they’re doing during this stage. Whether it be taking medication or fluids orally their medical condition is reviewed. Vitals are taken and clients also receive prescriptions that help them through withdrawal symptoms as needed. After stabilization patients progress onto residential treatment. Where weekly visits from doctors/nurses check up on progress made.
Matching Therapists to Patient Treatment
Therapists are matched to each client based on their areas of expertise, training, and treatment modality. Clients can receive weekly individual therapy plus family sessions at no extra charge if they agree or request additional involvement from the therapist in a specific area that needs more attention throughout the week. The clinical group schedule runs daily from 9 am -3 pm; it consists primarily of gender-specific medical education workshops geared towards both substance abuse and mental health conditions as well as psychodrama experiential therapy integration groups which offer opportunities for self-expression through drama processes while also involving peers.
Patients may choose to meet with their primary therapist in a group setting twice per week, as well as another time when they are able to focus on more intimate and deeper topics. Our case managers generally attend to patients during the first 24-48 hours while also providing support through holistic services such as yoga meditation breathwork or reiki. Treatment programs, staff, activities, and therapies plus other components of treatment are subject to change based on availability and best clinical practices.
