In her current role, Amie partners closely with the executive leadership across multiple states to ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulatory requirements. She possesses a strong ability to coach and develop leaders, efficiently working directly with facility leadership to uphold the Organization’s mission, values, and culture through diversity and inclusion initiatives. Specializing in conflict resolution and handling complex employee matters, leveraging effective and practical solutions to support operational excellence while balancing organizational objectives with employee well-being.
Amie earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University in 2007 and obtained her Master of Science in Human Resource Management in 2023. Member of the National Honors Society through her educational work and dedication to professional growth and development. Currently, she is working towards obtaining her SHRM professional certification as a standing member of the Society for Human Resources Management.
Amie possesses a strong passion for the mental health and substance abuse industry. She enjoys serving the employees that serve the clients, blending empathy and care with expertise and knowledge to drive the Organization to excellence. As an advocate for health and wellbeing, she enjoys yoga, weight training, meditation, and spending quality time with her family.
