7/365 Line (844) 597-1011What Are Accredited Rehab and Treatment Services?
Accredited rehab and treatment services help people with addiction and mental health problems. Treatment can help with drug addiction, alcohol addiction, and mental health symptoms. Accreditation means a treatment center meets set rules for safety and care.
At We Level Up, care is made for each person. Treatment may include medical care, therapy, medicine, family program, relapse prevention, and aftercare. People with both addiction and mental health problems can get help for both at the same time.
Many people need help with drugs, alcohol, or mental health problems. The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration says that more than 48.5 million people age 12 and older had a substance use disorder in the United States in 2023. Early treatment can help stop problems from getting worse. It can also help people build healthy habits and support long-term recovery.

Who Needs Rehab and Treatment Services?
People may need rehab and treatment services when drugs, alcohol, or mental health problems affect daily life. Rehab may help people who have strong cravings, withdrawal symptoms, or trouble stopping drug or alcohol use. It may also help people who have tried to stop before but started using again.
Some people need help with addiction and mental health problems at the same time. Others may need help with symptoms that affect work, school, family, or daily tasks. The right care is different for each person. A professional assessment can help find the right treatment.

Signs You May Need Rehab and Treatment Services
Addiction can affect many areas of a person’s life. Some people notice changes in their health, mood, or behavior. Others may experience problems at home, work, school, or in their relationships. Recognizing these changes can be an important first step toward getting help.
Common signs may include:
- Using drugs or alcohol more often
- Strong cravings
- Difficulty stopping or controlling use
- Withdrawal symptoms
- Problems at work or school
- Family or relationship problems
- Anxiety or depression
- Loss of interest in normal activities
Not everyone experiences addiction in the same way. Some people may have only a few warning signs, while others may experience many. A professional assessment can help determine the person’s needs and identify an appropriate level of care.
How Treatment Is Assessed
Before treatment begins, the medical and behavioral health team completes an assessment. This process helps the team understand the person’s physical health, mental health, substance use, and treatment history.
The assessment may review:
- Medical history
- Substance use history
- Mental health symptoms
- Current medications
- Previous treatment
- Family history
- Current withdrawal symptoms
- Safety and daily functioning
Doctors, nurses, and other treatment professionals may also monitor vital signs and other health concerns. This information helps the team create a personalized treatment plan. The plan may change as the person’s symptoms and needs change during treatment.

The Importance of Accredited Rehab and Treatment Services
Accredited rehab and treatment services can help people get the care they need. A good treatment center can help with addiction, mental health problems, or both. It can give people medical care, therapy, and support.
Accredited treatment centers follow rules for safety and care. They also have trained staff to help people during treatment. This can help people feel safe as they work on recovery.
Getting help early can stop problems from getting worse. Treatment can help people learn healthy ways to cope and live. With the right care, people can start recovery and build a healthier future.

Evidence-Based Treatment Options
Treatment is most effective when it is based on research and personalized to the individual. We Level Up is a behavioral health treatment center that provides medical and behavioral health services that may support addiction recovery and mental health treatment.
Medical Detox
Medical detox provides around-the-clock care while the body clears drugs or alcohol. Doctors and nurses monitor withdrawal symptoms and provide medical support when needed. Detox can help people begin recovery in a safer and more structured setting.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy gives each person time to work with a trained therapist. Sessions may focus on thoughts, emotions, behaviors, trauma, addiction, and personal recovery goals. Therapy can also help people develop healthier coping skills.
Group Therapy
Group therapy allows people to learn and recover with others who may have similar challenges. Group sessions can help people practice communication skills and learn from shared experiences. They also provide an opportunity to build healthy support.
Family Counseling
Addiction and mental health conditions can affect the entire family. Family counseling can help improve communication and provide education about recovery. It may also help loved ones learn how to provide healthy support.
How We Level Up Treats Addiction and Mental Health Conditions
We Level Up helps people with addiction and mental health problems. Our team learns about each person’s needs and goals. We then make a care plan that fits the person. The plan can change as the person’s needs change during recovery.
Medical Care and Detox Support
Some people need medical support when they stop using drugs or alcohol. Our treatment team provides monitoring and care during the detox process. Medical professionals help monitor symptoms and respond to changing needs.
Behavioral Therapy
Therapy helps people understand the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors connected to addiction and mental health concerns. It can also help people develop healthier ways to manage stress and difficult emotions. These skills can support recovery after treatment ends.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Cognitive behavioral therapy, or CBT, helps people identify unhealthy thought patterns. It teaches people how thoughts can affect feelings and behaviors. CBT may help people develop healthier responses to stress and recovery challenges.
Group Therapy
Group therapy provides a structured space for people to talk, listen, and learn. Participants can share experiences and practice recovery skills with support from a trained professional. Group therapy can help people feel less alone during treatment.
Family Counseling
Family counseling can help loved ones better understand addiction and mental health conditions. Families may learn ways to communicate more effectively and support recovery. Healthy family support can be an important part of long-term wellness.
Aftercare Planning
Recovery continues after a treatment program ends. Before discharge, the treatment team helps create an aftercare plan based on the person’s needs. This plan may include therapy, medication management, support groups, recovery programs, or continued treatment.

Co-Occurring Mental Health and Addiction
Some people have both mental health and addiction problems. A person may use drugs or alcohol to cope with anxiety, depression, or trauma. Drug or alcohol use can also make these problems worse.
Treatment can help with both problems at the same time. Care may include medical help, therapy, medicine, and ongoing support. Treating both problems can help people improve their health and work toward long-term recovery.
The Importance of a Strong Support Network
Recovery from addiction can be easier with help from others. Family, friends, therapists, and support groups can all help. They can give support during treatment and recovery. Support groups bring people together to talk, listen, and learn from each other.
Family support is also important. Family members can learn about addiction and help create a safe home. Alumni programs can help people stay connected after treatment. Ongoing support can help people stay strong and make healthy choices.
Support can also help lower the risk of relapse. With the right support, people can work through recovery and build a healthier future.
