I have dedicated the past 12 years of my career to behavioral health and inpatient residential treatment, where I have had the privilege of supporting individuals through mental health and substance use challenges while contributing to their recovery journey. I began my career as an Admissions Coordinator and advanced through roles including Behavioral Health Technician (BHT), Lead BHT, Program Manager, Program Director, and now Operations Director. Over the last 4 years, I have gained valuable managerial experience overseeing operations, staff development, compliance, and maintaining high standards of care within treatment settings. Throughout my career, I have worked across multiple levels of care, including detoxification, substance use disorder (SUD) treatment, and primary mental health programs. I have hands-on experience supporting individuals diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder, schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, psychosis, generalized anxiety, and autism spectrum disorders, which has strengthened my ability to lead with compassion and understanding. As a CADC-II certified professional currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences with the goal of becoming a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I remain committed to continuous growth and excellence in behavioral healthcare. I am passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others and strive to work alongside my team at We Level Up to provide exceptional clinical and operational care for every client we serve.
