I am a skilled and passionate clinician who has worked in the field for over seven years, providing individual (one-on-one) and couples counseling (you and your partner). I utilize evidence-based practices specializing in treating anxiety, depression, codependency, family/relational dysfunction, infidelity, and addiction. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (trauma/PTSD modality) and am experienced in working with veterans and first responders.
Most of my career has been in healthcare in various roles within that landscape. Bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to drive meaningful impact and innovation as a Manager, Educator, Trainer, Author, and Public Speaker. I am client, patient, and family focused and centered on support and healing for both patients and families. Services include Healthcare management and Healthcare Navigation, and Private Coaching for clients and loved ones with Use and Behavioral health disorders. Let’s join forces to create meaningful and lasting positive Impact for those we serve.
My role has included: Develop Family Program for Behavioral Health and Substance Use Disorder clinics in Florida. Host weekly programs to support and educate families of clients. Perform one on one coaching sessions for family members. Create and maintain Family Packet, and work with all staff to support families of clients before, during, and after the recovery process.
Miranda Segreve serves as the Family Program Coordinator, where she is passionate about supporting and educating families affected by substance use and mental health disorders. As a Recovery Coach with over six years of personal recovery experience, Miranda brings a unique blend of professional expertise, compassion, and lived experience to her work.
She facilitates family support groups, offers individualized support to loved ones, and helps families better understand the treatment and recovery process. Miranda believes that healing extends beyond the individual and that families play a vital role in long-term recovery.
Through education, connection, and encouragement, she is committed to empowering families with the tools and support needed to navigate challenges, strengthen relationships, and find hope throughout their recovery journey.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a passion for supporting individuals and families throughout the full continuum of recovery. In my current role, I lead the Alumni and Family Departments, where I oversee alumni coordinators across multiple facilities and help ensure continued, meaningful aftercare for our clients beyond their time in treatment.
Our alumni program provides ongoing support through weekly virtual meetings, in-person gatherings, and individualized connection for clients navigating life after treatment. In parallel, our family program offers multiple weekly meetings, encouraging loved ones to stay engaged in their own healing process both during and after their family member’s time in care.
As a clinician, I bring a therapeutic lens to this work—integrating my background in residential treatment with a deep understanding that recovery does not end at discharge. While my time as a primary therapist allowed me to build impactful, short-term relationships, this role has given me the opportunity to stay connected long-term and witness the continued growth of our alumni and their families.
I am deeply committed to helping people build resilience, navigate challenges, and sustain meaningful change over time. One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is being able to walk alongside individuals and families as they reach milestones, reconnect, and continue evolving in their recovery journeys.
