While we make our best efforts to keep our treatment team’s pages updated, please know staffing at each facility is subject to change. We Level Up team members may include executive or senior management or others who while not located in a particular local center, help shape, manage or oversee, or design treatment strategies, best practices, procedures, processes, and other clinical treatment programs. Training, management reviews, quality control, or related and other work may be provided by staff across multiple locations.

Charles Wolfe
Executive Director

Charlie was called to the helping profession in 2001. Charlie brings over 15 years of behavioral health leadership experience. Charlie has held various treatment positions over the course of his career ranging from behavioral tech, clinician, clinical supervisor, and other executive management positions. Charlie has worked for nonprofit and for-profit organizations. Charlie prides himself on being a servant leader and teaching, coaching and training teams to be person centered and successful in the execution of their evidence-based practice.

Prior to joining We Level Up he worked for 2 nonprofit community-based providers. Charlie assisted multiple venture capital and private equity groups for Behavioral Health start-up projects. One project was a 120-bed residential facility in Philadelphia and the other an ambulatory based organization serving multiple outpatient levels of care. Charlie earned his Bachelor and Master Degree in Behavioral Health Studies from Alvernia University. While at Alvernia Charlie earned the Caron Award of Excellence. Charlie holds the international certification for Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor; he holds the same certification in Pennsylvania. Charlie's hope for all the clients and their families entrusted in our care is to achieve long recovery and live fruitful lives.

Bilal Simms, MS, LCADC, CCS, MAC, AADC
Clinical Director | Substance Use Disorder Counseling Services

Bilal Simms is a Clinical Director with more than 20 years of experience in substance use disorder treatment across all levels of care, including detoxification, residential, and outpatient services. His leadership style was shaped through the Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations, where he developed a strong foundation in leadership, team development, and organizational culture.

Known for fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment, Bilal is passionate about helping clinicians enjoy their work, strengthen their skills, and advance their careers. He believes that exceptional patient care begins with engaged and empowered staff.

Bilal combines clinical expertise, operational leadership, and a deep commitment to recovery to help individuals, families, and treatment teams achieve meaningful and lasting change.

Evelyn Rosa
Director Of Nursing

Evelyn Rosa, PMHNP, R.N., is a transformational leader with more than 20 years of nursing and healthcare experience. She drives a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Evelyn is the Director of Nursing for the New Jersey We Level Up Treatment facility. In this role, she provides leadership and direction for the nursing staff and is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling all functions of nursing, care coordination, volunteer services, pharmacy, facilities, and support services, as well as overseeing emergency medicine.

She is a highly accomplished nursing leader with vast experience in quality management, service excellence, patient throughput, staff recruitment and retention, and regulatory affairs.

Evelyn has been a nurse since 2014 as an ICU and correctional nurse. Over the next 10 years, she held various positions increasing the breadth of her responsibilities. She was responsible for optimizing clinical quality, safety and service standards in one of the largest hospital emergency centers in Philadelphia, PA .

Evelyn Rosa received a Bachelor of Science in nursing, graduating cum laude from Capella University. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing at Walden University. She is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner credentialed through the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Anthony Agosto
LEAD COUNSELOR, CADC, ICADC

Anthony Agosto is a compassionate and dedicated addiction and mental health professional who has been serving the We Level Up Lawrenceville community since April 10, 2022. As one of the longest-tenured members of the clinical team, Anthony’s journey reflects his commitment to personal growth, professional excellence, and helping others achieve lasting recovery.

Anthony began his career with We Level Up as a Recovery Coach and, through hard work, discipline, consistency, and a genuine passion for helping others, earned multiple promotions throughout the organization. His career progression includes roles as Case Manager, Counselor Intern, Lead Counselor/Case Manager, and ultimately Lead Counselor.

While balancing the demands of full-time clinical work, Anthony completed the rigorous requirements to become a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) in the State of New Jersey and later earned the International Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ICADC) credential. He is also pursuing a degree in Social Work at Walden University, further strengthening his clinical knowledge and leadership abilities.

In his role as Lead Counselor, Anthony provides individual and group counseling utilizing evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). He specializes in relapse prevention, emotional regulation, family systems, trauma-informed care, and recovery-focused treatment planning.

Fluent in Spanish, Anthony is committed to providing culturally responsive care and ensuring that every client feels heard, respected, and supported throughout their recovery journey. His combination of professional expertise, lived experience, humility, and dedication allows him to build meaningful connections with clients and families while helping them navigate the challenges of recovery.

Anthony remains committed to lifelong learning, professional development, and serving others with compassion, integrity, and purpose. He believes in remaining teachable, leading by example, and making a positive impact in the lives of those seeking recovery and healing.

Outside of work, Anthony enjoys spending time with his family, reading, exercising, taking long drives, and exploring fine dining experiences.

Joshshea (Shea) Bonds
Primary Therapist, MAMFT, LAMFT

EMDRIA (EMDR International Association) Approved Therapist

Joshshea (Shea) Bonds is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with over eight years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families in navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relational challenges. She is dedicated to providing client-centered, evidence-based care tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals.

Shea integrates a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Family Systems Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She also emphasizes the mind-body connection in her practice, incorporating guided imagery techniques to promote stress reduction and emotional regulation.

Committed to fostering resilience and personal growth, Shea collaborates with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their therapeutic objectives. She is passionate about empowering individuals to cultivate meaningful change and lead more fulfilling lives.

Shea earned her undergraduate degree from New Jersey City University (NJCU) and her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University (NCU). She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the mental health field to further her expertise and contributions to the profession.

Gracie Krall
LSW, EMDR Trained Therapist

Gracie is a licensed therapist who is passionate about helping people heal from trauma and addiction and reconnect with themselves. She has worked across all levels of care including inpatient, detox, PHP, IOP, and outpatient, supporting clients with mental health, substance use, and behavioral challenges.

Trained in EMDR, Gracie integrates this approach to help clients process trauma and support nervous system healing. She also draws from DBT and other evidence-based practices to build emotion regulation, self-compassion, and healthy connection.

At the heart of Gracie’s work is her belief that healing happens in connection, when we feel safe, seen, and accepted as we are. She values authenticity and shows up as her full, human self in the therapy space, warm, present, and real. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and animals.

Lisa Black, MA, LCADC, CCS
Primary Therapist

Lisa has over 10 years of experience working in the substance use and co-occurring disorders field. She specializes in helping individuals who struggle with substance use disorders, as well as those experiencing co-occurring mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and bipolar disorder. Lisa supports her clients through counseling and coaching, using Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing approaches.

Above all, Lisa believes in placing her clients first and meeting them where they are with patience, empathy, and without judgment. Through strong attending skills and a compassionate, supportive approach, she walks alongside her clients as they work toward clarity, healing, and meaningful change during difficult times. Lisa is passionate about helping people live up to their full potential, whatever that may look like for each individual, and she is deeply committed to supporting others in reaching their personal goals. Her purpose is to be a helper to those in need and an advocate for those who have not yet found their voice. Her experience has allowed her to work with diverse communities, varied populations, and across every level of care.

James Harper
Primary Therapist

Counselor | Behavioral Health Professional James Harper is a dedicated and compassionate Counselor and CADC Intern with over 20 years of experience in the behavioral health and substance use treatment field. Throughout his career, James has provided clinical support across the full continuum of care, including detoxification (detox), residential treatment, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP). His extensive exposure to diverse treatment settings allows him to meet clients where they are and guide them effectively through each stage of recovery.

James brings a well-rounded clinical skill set grounded in evidence-based practices and real-world application. His areas of expertise include: • Substance Use Disorder (SUD) counseling • Group facilitation and psychoeducation • Relapse prevention planning • Motivational Interviewing (MI) • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)-informed interventions • Crisis intervention and stabilization • Treatment planning and documentation (DAP, BPS, discharge summaries) • Client engagement and retention strategies

Known for his calm presence and professional demeanor, James fosters a therapeutic environment built on trust, respect, and accountability. He is particularly skilled at connecting with individuals in early recovery, helping them build insight, develop coping strategies, and establish a strong foundation for long-term sobriety.

Ellie Bisceglie
Operations Manager

Ellie Bisceglie is a dedicated treatment professional with eight years of experience in the substance use disorder and mental health fields. Ellie received her bachelor’s degree at William Paterson University in Public Health with a focus in SUD, which laid the foundation for her passion for helping individuals navigate recovery.

Before working in the treatment industry, Ellie worked as an instructional assistant for a coaching program where she helped post-graduate students ages 18 to 21 with special needs navigate working different jobs.

Throughout her treatment career, Ellie has held a variety of roles, including admissions representative, behavioral health technician, and alumni coordinator, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the continuum of care. Her hands-on experience has allowed her to support patients and families at multiple stages of the treatment journey.

Ellie joined We Level Up in April 2023, beginning her tenure as a business development representative. Through her strong leadership skills and commitment to patient-centered care, she advanced into the role of Patient Care Coordinator in November 2023. In this position, she played a key role in ensuring seamless communication and support for individuals entering their next level of care.

In October 2025, Ellie stepped into her current role as Operations Manager at We Level Up, where she continues to drive excellence in care delivery and organizational growth.

Ellie is knowledgeable in 12-step programs and has been personally impacted by addiction, which allows her to connect with clients on a deeper level. Ellie enjoys spending time with her animals, husband, son, and family, and cheering on the Philadelphia Phillies in her spare time. Ellie was also previously a collegiate athlete and coached soccer at the high school level. Ellie still participates in coed soccer and softball recovery leagues.

Jaclyn Torres
Case Manager & CADC Intern

Jaclyn Torres is a dedicated Case Manager and CADC Intern with extensive experience in the substance use disorder treatment field, having previously served as both a Behavioral Technician and Case Manager. With a deep passion for supporting individuals in recovery, Jaclyn is committed to helping clients develop the necessary skills and resources to achieve long-term sobriety and personal growth. Beyond her professional endeavors, Jaclyn values quality time with her wife and family. She has a strong appreciation for sports, particularly softball, and shares a deep bond with her two Pitbulls, whom she considers an integral part of her life. A graduate of Archbishop Ryan High School, Jaclyn currently resides in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Joseph Polizzi, MSW, LSW
Case Manager

Joseph Polizzi, MSW, LSW is a Licensed Social Worker with experience in behavioral health, care coordination, and client advocacy. He has provided therapeutic support to youth and older adults in clinical settings, conducting assessments, case planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration to promote positive outcomes.

With a strong foundation in mental health and addiction studies, Joseph is committed to helping individuals in recovery access the resources, support, and guidance needed to achieve lasting wellness and stability.

Jessica Fletcher
Case Manager & CADC Intern

Jessica is an enthusiastic Case Manager and CADC intern from Bucks County, PA, with a passion for supporting others on their recovery journeys.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Graphic Design from Temple University. In 2013, she pursued further education in Clinical Medical Assisting, where she discovered her true calling in helping others.

With personal experience in recovery and active involvement in her community and area fellowship, Jessica was inspired to make a meaningful impact.

She joined We Level Up as a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) and transitioned to Case Management in 2024. Jessica brings a unique blend of empathy and insight to her work, facilitating group sessions on topics including the 12-step program, creative expression, music therapy, and meditation.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys exploring Tyler State Park, spending time at the Jersey Shore, and cheering on her favorite teams at Yankees and Eagles games.

Jeffrey Jimenez
Alumni and Patient Care Coordinator

Jeffrey Jimenez is an Alumni and Patient Care Coordinator dedicated to helping individuals build meaningful, lasting lives in recovery. Drawing from both professional experience and a personal passion for helping others, Jeffrey works closely with alumni to foster connection, accountability, and ongoing support beyond treatment.

Through alumni events, outreach, peer engagement, and aftercare initiatives, Jeffrey strives to create a strong recovery community where individuals can continue to grow, heal, and thrive. He believes that recovery is about more than abstinence. It is about building purpose, relationships, and a fulfilling life.

When he is not connecting with alumni or coordinating recovery-focused programs, Jeffrey enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, and cheering on the New York Mets.
